Supports the identification, valuation and mitigation of losses in several areas of the revenue chain in an end-to-end point-of-view, from the correct client segmentation, through the adaptation of infrastructure and operational processes, effective registration of use for billing purposes and efficient propagation of these records in the Billing chain.

The approach considers that the following subjects must be constantly monitored according to the impact on revenue, indicating probable causes of leaks:

  • Time of services usage by subscribers from the attempt to establish communication until its completion;
  • Distribution of types of calls (local, regional, national, interconnection, roaming, etc.) and connections (messages, 2G, 3G or 4G data) and conditions of being propagated in the billing chain;
  • Adequacy of planned and contracted used means according to interconnection agreements or agreements with content providers, and whether the benefit-cost ratio is advantageous or not for the company and the Customer;
  • Customer’s perseverance levels when using services, compared to falls, degradations and how the abandonment rate affects the expected revenue for these services;
  • Quality in the generation of usage records to be sent for billing;
  • Lack of usage records by matching several sources of these records such as central, gateways, platforms and signaling protocols.

Leakage Revenue

Treats the revenue evasion caused by abandonment of unsuccessful call attempts, eliminating the effect of repeated attempts.

Billing Integrity

Seeks to ensure that the service use registration occurs and contains information required for billing, identifying and classifying changes in the number or IP address of the original user; incorrect billing areas; invalid destinations; insertion or elimination of incorrect digits; date and time invalid values, among others.

Revenue Patterns and Projections

Identifies patterns and trends, supporting the projection of revenues by services and even through clients profile with reliable information on volumes and minutes of use per service, region, interconnections, subscriber profiles for large clients, among others.

Fraud Combat

Combat the revenue evasion caused by fraud situations when using services, such as: geographical impossibilities, network bypass, ghost calls, among others associated with irregular or abnormal use of telecommunications services.

Mapping of revenue flow

Characterizes and quantifies parameters in control points from the service origin until the destination, identifying whether all flow phases – directions, resources, time and volumes are well defined and tangible and where there are possible shortcomings.

Risk score

Defined risk matrix to attack the greatest offenders, identifying points to monitorate, prioritize attention and raise the necessary costs for corrections.
